CORONA/COVID19 UPDATE: IT IS ALLOWED AGAIN!

From 15 July, travellers from EEA/Schengen countries with acceptable levels of infection can travel to Norway. Read more on the Norwegian Government’s website. The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) will update the map showing areas with exemptions of quarantine duty on 10 July and the list will be updated at least every second week.

Please notice that both national and local rules and regulations related to the coronavirus and travelling in Norway change frequently and on short notice. All travellers, both international and domestic, are therefore encouraged to seek out the most updated information by visiting the relevant webpages. You should also follow precautionary guidelines, such as frequent hand-washing and social distancing, and respect regulations in place.

For further details on who can travel to Norway, how you can travel to get here, quarantine rules and Q&A see the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI)’s the official website.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Koppang Camping is a cosy family campsite and features a spacious area with sites for tents, caravans and campers. In addition, there are 20 cabins in various sizes and standards.

Koppang Camping is situated in the vast expanse of Hedmark, Norway's largest province in the South-East of the country. You will find the campground on Road 30, a side road of State Highway 3 that runs from Hamar via Elverum and Rena to the North of Norway. Road 30 runs North via the centre of Koppang to Tynset and Røros and literally bridges Norway's longest river, the Glomma.

The camping is located directly on the Glomma, which offers various recreational possibilities. Canoeing, fishing and swimming are among the favourites.
